Redpilled 'Neo' Conservatives' Fundamentally Flawed Worldview | National Review 

Arguments: 

  • The red pill is a dose of truth 
    • Taking the Red Pill allows the user to be fully educated 
  • Morpheus wants Neo to take the red pill so he will learn how to defeat all of the A.I. Robot 
    • This is beneficial to save the world, save mankind, and defeat these evil robots 
  • The red pill allows mankind to recognize their ignorance and reduce it so they can save the world 
    • Those who took the Blue Pill have no knowledge of the dangerous simulation and enviorment they are living in, which can honestly be putting them in more danger than if they were to take the Red Pill and try to defeat these robots 
    • The information and knowledge that the Red Pill provides is essential to learn how to escape the Matrix and defeat these evil programs 
  • People in the Matrix aren't as happy as people who take the blue pill think they are
  • Neo becomes the best version of themselves when he takes the red pill because he has the ability to grow as a person, form relationships, and form experiences. 
    • People who take the blue pill and who favor the blue pill are scared of the truth, they want to live in bliss 
    • They never grow as humans and live as vegtables for their whole life 
  • Yes taking the red pill comes with suffering, but it also comes with learning valuable lessons and growing as a person, and becoming wise

Sofia Mucci "Three Robots: Exit Strategies" was the episode I found most intruiging from "Love, Death, and Robots".  I enjoyed this film the most because it perfectly portrays economic differences in our world. I really like how the episode began in a minefield that demonstrated an economicaly disadvantaged lifestyle, which was extremly shocking to the robots. Additionally, I also found it very funny and ironic how the robots couldn't trust wealthy and powerful individuals, they called them greedy and selfish people. This resonates with myself because I did not grow up in a wealthy household, and it was always very common to resent those that flaunted and bragged their money towards everyone. This seems to be exactly how the robots felt in this episode, when they kept speaking badly aboout wealthy humans and referring to them as greedy.
