Assignment: We have to choose a science fiction movie that we have not watched or discussed in class following with a article, excerpt, or book that relates to this movie and connect these to our lives in 50 years. Movie We Chose: Don't Look Up Theme of Movie: A meteor is striking earth and a group of whether analyzers try to warn the world, however they are too warped up in entertainment and celebrties lives to listen, which ultimatley gets everyone killed in the end. This movie is mocking our world today and how everyone is ignoring the dangers of climate change because they are too warped up with politics, entertainment, and celebrties to care.
